What fate awaits Mecklenburg County if the proposed garbage-to-energy gasification incinerator is allowed to be built? Call or email your elected officials and tell them that burning our garbage for the next 20 years is unacceptable.

  2. Garbage incinerators should be banned because it greatly pollutes our air and the atmosphere. We could find any substitute process for disposing waste rather than burning it.
